of the Fest due to unforeseen circumstances,

FRIDAY, September 30th, 6 - 11pm
View 22 years of T-shirt Art, 1 year of Art Patch Project,
Comments by Nation on audio-recording police in public,
Hear music until closing.

MUSIC 7:30-11pm

SATURDAY, October 1st, 12 - 10pm

Viewing of T-shirt art, artists market outside and music inside.

2 to 5 pm - Free Speech Speak-out on the Illinois Eavesdropping Law and its unfair use to shield police and deprive you of your rights in Illinois.


MUSIC 5 to 11pm



SUNDAY, October 2nd, 1 to 9PM
Viewing of T-shirt art, artists market outside and music inside.

MUSIC 3:00 to 9pm

2 - 3 pm - Screen print demonstrations with free hand-printed limited-edition patches for everyone. Bring a t-shirt (or any other cotton clothing) for us to print free art on for you.
