Those who print their names below urge the Uptown Multi-Cultural Art Center and the citizens of Chicago to use their creative powers (including suing the City in Federal Court) to change Chicago's laws and policies to provide artists with their full free-speech rights to sell their art in the public way and in the parks of Chicago.
