Ban the Burn by Amie S. Davis

Amie S. Davis "If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears no matter how measured or far away." ---Henry David Thoreau Oops Art images are a little left of center, a bit over the edge, with a splash of humor added - just for fun. My creations are designed to make you stop and think about the issues that affect us in our daily lives. I hope they will change your attitude in a positive way about man's relationship to man and the struggle of Good vs. Evil. My background in Art began at an early age. I began to draw almost as soon as I learned how to hold a pencil. My older brother taught me the basics of drawing. The rest I learned mainly on my own. I am a constant doodler and an observer of the every day (often mundane) events of daily living. While I am a painter and a photography buff, my favorite art form is cartooning. My ultimate goal is to become a career cartoonist. Also, I want to paint a mural. Welcome to the world of Oops Mania! |
