Artist's Bio

My name is Sara and I'm 17 years old. I am a senior at Cherokee High School and I can't wait to graduate and go to art school. Art has been my passion since I was little kid, but never thought I was really good enough to go to art school until I had art classes in high school. My teacher taught me more than she could ever know.

About the artwork: This is a picture of a white child/baby kissing the nose of a black man/woman. "New Hope 4 Harmony" means that with every new life God gives, there is a chance for that child to grow up not to hate and discriminate, but to love and live in harmony with one another no matter what the color of your skin is. The new generation has a chance to rid the world of discrimination.
