I create many styles of art in many different mediums, such as, beads, clay, plaster, acrylic, watercolors, pen, and leather. However, I try to always create from my heart and soul in hopes to touch someone else’s heart and soul. My Native ancestry inspires much of my art, but I am always welling to research and create a custom design art piece for anyone who is interested.

“Art- A mind’s whirling, spiritual thoughts brought to life by the use of pencil, computer
graphics and unlimited mediums.”
“My art may not be like any you have ever seen before. You may even find that some of my
artwork may hit you in a different way then it does someone else. That is the beauty of art,
it is a very personal thing. Art is from the individual and for the individual. It inspires
many things from our being.”
My whirling mind, trusty pencil, computer and many other mediums create my art. I just go
along for the ride as my hands and spirit does the work. There in my work is how I see the
world and in each piece of art is my spirit and love that I have for the world. A small part
of myself is in everything that I do.
I have always had a deep desire to create, and there are so many mediums to use when
creating what one sees. I love them all; I have used paint, clay, plaster and beads. Leather
didn’t come into the picture of my creating world until 1998, when I started researching my
family history. I found out what my soul had always known, and that was that I am of mixed
blood.
I have been told that I have an unusual eye view on the world. If this is because I have
a type of color blindness that lets me see colors but not variations of those colors or
something else I am not sure. All I know is when I go to do my art I see things in very
basic colors bright or earthy but no in between. I also sometimes see shapes as in symmetries
not in blended curves.
In my art, I have tried to integrate my perceptions, ideas and feelings for the human
condition with my appreciation for the beauty and wonders of the world. Even in the
deepest darkest areas of life there is normally some beauty, which will grow up and out
of the darkness. I myself have grown up in a divorced family, was severely abused for
years by my stepparent, went though my own divorce, and now suffer from Crippling Arthritis.
But, out of all this “darkness” in my life, has grown a very spiritual, strong person.
Art of all kinds has allowed me the opportunity to express and share my personal vision of the
world, which to me is both aesthetically beautiful and personally meaningful.
